The latest issue of the Eagle Eye newsletter is ready to read! This year, the Eagle Eye is being published on Smore, a platform that allows newsletters to be translated into any language on Google Translate. We are hoping this allows important school information to be shared with even more of our families.
Here’s a preview of what you’ll find inside the newest issue:
- K-12 Online Art Hub Link Now Available. In lieu of the Annual Fine Arts Festival, you may view virtual slideshow presentations of student work by grade level at this link. Thank you for supporting the arts this year!
- Come See School Play Jack and the Beanstalk this Saturday! Written by Michele Vaca and directed by Ms. Michels, actors in grades 2-6 will perform the play outside ERA on Saturday, May 29, at 2:00 and 7:00 p.m. Tickets cost $5. We hope to see you there!
- Please Complete the 2020-2021 Parent Satisfaction Survey by Friday, June 4. The Curriculum, Instruction, and Student Achievement (CISA) task force of the Board of Directors is seeking parent feedback via our annual parent satisfaction survey. The purpose of the annual parent survey is to seek feedback from parents in order to continuously improve the educational experience for our students.
- Join us in Welcoming Our New PTO Board Members! We are excited to welcome your new ERA PTO Board members for 2021-2022: Vice President Poornima Pelluri, Teacher Liaisons Lindsay Thomas and Jessica Bergeron, and Community Engagement leaders Gretchen Stone and Carolyn Sommers Tillotson. New members were voted in at the PTO Quarterly meeting on May 17, 2021 and will begin serving on July 1, 2021.
- The ERA Booster Club Held the 1st Annual Activities & Athletics Celebration on Sunday, May 23. Thank you to everyone for coming out last Sunday to support the ERA Booster Club, watch our fantastic Pep Band perform, cheer on our Activities & Athletics award winners, and bond with the community over a delicious food truck meal and ice cream.
