Winter Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, February 15, 4:00-8:00 p.m., and Friday, February 16, 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. **Please note that conferences will take place in person at Eagle Ridge Academy unless they are scheduled during the slots reserved for virtual conferences only on Friday, February 16, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
The online conference scheduler will open Wednesday, February 7, at 8:00 a.m. and will close next Wednesday, February 14, at 10:00 p.m. The master password to log into the online conference scheduler will be sent via email.
Families may request a translator by going to Change My Account Info. You may also request a translator in this section. If you need assistance with the conference reservation system, please email Janice Gerheart at jgerheart@eagleridgeacademy.org. Teacher virtual conference links will be sent via email the morning of Thursday, February 15.
