Winter Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, February 16, 4:00-8:00 p.m., and Friday, February 17, 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
The online conference scheduler will open on Wednesday, February 8, at 7:00 a.m. and will close Wednesday, February 15, at 9:00 p.m. The master password to log into the online conference scheduler will be sent via email on February 8.
When signing up for conferences, families will be able to choose whether they would prefer to meet teachers in-person in their classrooms or virtually over Zoom. Families who want to request a virtual conference can check off that option either when creating their account on the online conference scheduler or by going to Change My Account Info. You may also request a translator in this section. The Special Request selections will then be shown on the teacher’s schedule for each student. PLEASE NOTE: If you select an in-person conference, you must attend in-person. Teachers will not be at their computers unless a virtual conference is requested when the conference is scheduled.
