The Eagle Ridge Academy Health Office is holding a walk-in flu clinic Friday, September 29, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Please note that there is no school Friday, September 29, due to Professional Development. Parents, guardians, and children aged five years and older may come to the Main Entrance from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. to receive a flu shot. Remember to bring your insurance card and driver’s license or ID, and wear something that makes your upper arm easily accessible. Children must be accompanied by guardians at all time. No guardian is required for children aged 18 and older, but they must provide a driver’s license or valid ID and insurance card for prescription coverage.
