- Thank You for Helping Eagle Ridge Academy Honor Veterans on Veterans Day. It is important to to the vision of the Academy that students understand what it means to be a veteran and to honor the selfless sacrifice that so many have made for our freedoms. On Monday, November 11, the Academy had the honor to welcome ten veterans into the auditorium throughout the day to participate in roundtable Q&A-style discussions with students in grades 3-12. Additionally, each lunch period opened with the Armed Forces Medley, plus an additional March, performed by the ERA Orchestra and conducted by Ms. Shirley. Ms. Shirley also led the Seventh-Grade Choir as they traveled through the School of Grammar performing Flanders Fields for our youngest Gryphons. See photos from Veterans Day inside the issue.
