Happy Thursday! This week’s Eagle Eye newsletter is now available! The Eagle Eye is Eagle Ridge Academy’s translatable community newsletter that is published every other Thursday during the school year. It is a great resource to see important updates and learn what is happening around the school. Here’s a preview of what you’ll find in this week’s Eagle Eye:
- Eagle Ridge Academy Board of Directors Election Results. One parent and two teachers have been elected onto the Eagle Ridge Academy Board of Directors by ERA stakeholders. Read a message from the Board of Directors regarding the election inside the issue.
- Come See Spring Musical The Sound of Music This Weekend. The Eagle Ridge Academy Theater Program presents: The Sound of Music! Performances will take place on Friday, April 28, Saturday, April 29, and Sunday, April 30. Join the ERA Booster Club on opening night to Pack the Theater for Gryphon Senior Night! All seniors in spring activities and athletics will be recognized in a short ceremony following the 7:00 p.m. show. Learn more about the musical and Gryphon Senior Night inside the issue.
- Register for Summer Youth Sports. Registration is now open for Skyhawks Youth Sports Skill-Based Summer Programs, including Soccer Camp, Flag Football Camp, Basketball Camp, and MORE! See all summer programs inside the issue.
- New PTO Members Needed in Order to Keep the PTO Running Next Year. The PTO is seeking new members to take on responsibilities to continue the traditions of providing meaningful and interactive events, supporting our teachers and staff, and partnering with the school on endeavors to sustain the Academy into future years. A new team will need to be in place by July 1 in order to have a successful year. The PTO will elect a new PTO Board and event representation at their spring election at Eagle Ridge Academy on Tuesday, May 30. Nominations must be submitted by Tuesday, May 15.
