The Eagle Eye: 4/15/2021

The latest issue of the Eagle Eye newsletter is ready to read! This year, the Eagle Eye is being published on Smore, a platform that allows newsletters to be translated into any language on Google Translate. We are hoping this allows important school information to be shared with even more of our families.

Here’s a preview of what you’ll find inside the newest issue:

  • Students in Grades 2-6 May Submit Auditions for School Play Jack and the Beanstalk Through May 4. Rehearsals will be held May 25-28 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. and performances will be held on May 29 at 2:00 and 7:00 p.m.
  • Juniors, Seniors, and Parent Volunteers are Invited to Neverland Prom 2021 on May 21. Prom will take place on Friday, May 21, 7:30-10:30 p.m. at Minnetonka Yacht Club. Students will be able to purchase tickets at school starting next week.

  • Help Former School of Logic Science Teacher Mrs. Sommers Tillotson Reach her Fundraising Goal for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is currently a candidate for the Man and Woman of the Year fundraising competition for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in memory of her parents. From March 11-May 21, her team, “Delores’s Dynamos”, aims to raise $50,000. If they reach this goal, a research grant in memory of her mother, Delores Sommers, will be established!
  • Marilyn Strand Spirit of Service Day is May 6. Parents, teachers, and members of the ERA community are invited to join us on Thursday, May 6, 4:30-6:30 p.m., to clean up the stretch of highway dedicated to beloved Eagle Ridge Academy Activities Specialist Mrs. Marilyn Strand.
