The Eagle Eye: 4/11/2019
Your new issue of the Eagle Eye is hot off the press! Here are a few of the highlights:
- Eagle Ridge Academy has been recognized as a high quality charter school by the Minnesota Department of Education for the sixth year in a row.
- The 2019 Board of Directors Voter Guide, featuring your school board candidates, is now available. Election coordinators Rahul Deep and Kathy Oberstar share details about the voting process and invite you to the Board Candidate Forum on Thursday, April 18.
- You are invited to the ERA Drama Club’s spring play, Finding Atlantis, which runs this weekend from April 12-14. Find more details here.
Finally, thank you for your patience with our inclement weather closure announcement this morning. Due to an error with Infinite Campus, some families did not receive direct calls/texts/emails. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused, and we have now addressed and fixed the issue. As a reminder, our weather closure information is always posted on WCCO, the school website, and the school Facebook page in addition to direct calls/emails/texts. On snowy mornings, we encourage families to make a habit of checking all four of these places so you may receive up-to-date information. Please refer to our Inclement Weather Decision Making and Communication Protocol for details.
Read on for more, and have a fantastic rest of your week!
